1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of this registration service and your submission of information for the purpose of registering for accounts and services associated with the Tembo.bet Kenya affiliate programme.

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the applicable Privacy Policy.

2. Registration Service

The registration service is designed to simplify the onboarding process by collecting the information required to create and connect the accounts included in the registration programme.

Your registration may be used to initiate the creation of a Tembo.bet player account, an affiliate account and an Atlas Trading account, as displayed on the registration page.

Submission of the registration form does not by itself guarantee acceptance, activation or approval of any account. Additional verification, eligibility checks or approval may be required by the relevant service provider.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. You must also satisfy any age, location, identity, regulatory and eligibility requirements applicable to the individual services for which an account is created.

You may not register using another person's identity or provide information that is false, misleading or fraudulent.

4. Email Verification

You are required to verify the email address submitted during registration. Registration places are not considered secured until the required email verification has been completed.

Where registration capacity is limited, verification reminders may be sent after registration. Registrations that remain unverified for 14 days may be automatically removed and the registration place may be made available to another applicant.

5. Account Creation

By completing the registration process, you authorize the registration service to use the information you provide to initiate creation of your Tembo.bet player account, affiliate account and Atlas Trading account.

Each account may also be subject to separate terms, policies and eligibility requirements issued by the operator or provider of that service. Those separate terms will apply to your subsequent use of the relevant account.

6. Affiliate Programme

Creation of an affiliate account does not necessarily mean that the account has been approved for active participation in the affiliate programme.

Affiliate approval, commission arrangements, permitted marketing activities, payment requirements and other affiliate obligations may be governed by additional affiliate programme terms made available through the affiliate platform.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts.

You should notify the relevant service provider promptly if you believe that an account or its credentials have been compromised.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the registration service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated or fraudulent registrations, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Availability and Changes

Registration availability, capacity, included services and onboarding procedures may change from time to time.

We may suspend or modify the registration service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

10. Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the registration service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information about what data is collected, why it is used and how it may be shared during account onboarding.

11. Limitation of the Registration Service

This website provides an onboarding and registration function. It does not replace the separate contractual terms that apply to the individual accounts, products or services created through the registration process.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the registration process, services, legal requirements or business operations change. The current version will be published on this page together with its last updated date.
